Parameterized Printable Inkjet Head

This inkjet head design is based on Adrian's original but adapted for 20mm piezos. Adjustments include added support for a second o-ring (per Adrian's change), adjusting body height if necessary, and removing the clamp cutout if a second o-ring is used. Bolt holes should be repositioned equidistant from both walls and the tube clamp width is automatically calculated. As of Dec 18th, 2010, it's not yet printed or tested; updates will follow after testing. Construction instructions can be found on the RepRap wiki (http://reprap.org/wiki/Reprappable-inkjet), but note that a single o-ring is assumed in this design. Testing and updates are planned for next week.
