Parameterized Delta Effector

I modified my favorite effector, relocating the mounting bracket for enhanced convenience and enlarging it to expand the print area. So far, it's been working out really well. The most valuable parameters are effector_radius, offset, and lip_height. Please forgive me for hacking in some code - this is my first attempt at using OpenSCAD. I also included my fan mount for this project. It has two joints, one of which was printed in place. For the other one, simply detach it, turn it around, then attach it to the effector collar with an M3 bolt.
