Parameterized Customizable Sensorless Homing Endstop
thingiverse
As I am upgrading my Tronxy X1 and my Ender 3 (original) with an SKR-Mini E3 V2.0, I would like to use the Sensorless Homing Feature from Marlin. For that purpose i am going to remove the X and Y end switches and replace them with these 3D printed ones. The end stops are completely customizable using Fusion 360. I am going to use the smallest version (Length 17.5 mm, Height 10 mm). However, I can see that a bigger version can be better for more friction between the V-Slot Extrusion and the end stop. These models won't need any support if you place them as shown in one of the pictures (I am using Prusaslicer). The indentation on the back of the end stop is intended for a 4 mm drop in V-Slot T-Nut, so that the end stop can be really tightened against the extrusion. For mounting, you can use the M4-Screws and T-Nuts that come with the Ender-3/Tronxy X1. You should be able to use these end stops for all other V-Slot 3D-Printers as well. If you got any issue with these, just leave a comment. The Fusion 360 file is uploaded as well.
