Parameterized Cable Chain (height, width, bend radius)
thingiverse
**Update 07.07.2020:** Cable chain bend radius now depends on chain clip size. Set virtual joint radius via joinBendSize parameter and actual clip size via clipSize accordingly (currently set at 30deg, 25.71, and 22.5). Minimum bend radius is determined by clip size, not chain link itself, allowing modification via different clips. This remix of diogosantos88's cable chain design lets you customize the chain to fit your needs. **Parameters** in Fusion 360 file: - innerHeight (cable link height) - innerWidth (cable link width) - jointBendRadius (virtual joint between two links) - linkSize (determines actual minimum allowed joint radius, with three preset values) Currently testing tolerances; this is a work-in-progress.
