This is a re-work of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3254381 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3195908 (check them out for details on Heges, Scandy and other scanning apps for iPhones with TrueDepth cameras) but this one in OpenSCAD so you can customize it for your phone plus case size as needed. The STLs are made for an XS Max with some case I found in a store, probably not the same as yours. You can also carry the case around without damaging the mirror, just like shown there. There's an option in the OpenSCAD script to print just a slice of the part that slides on the phone, so you can test the parameters before doing the entire print.
