Parameterised DuPont connector jig
thingiverse
I was having problems programming an ESP8266 with test clips and having the DuPont connectors from my TTL cable fall off. I tried a couple of examples for connectors but they had issues. This one has the following features: * Fully parametric through OpenSCAD * Ledge either side so the end walls have support * Longer to allow some amount of cable flex * No indents to hold cable so those of us with low end printers have an easier time of it * Friction fit based not tab based Picture shows prototypes with various different settings. I found 2.89mm the ideal size for friction fit 2.54mm pitch DuPont connectors.
