In my initial attempt at a customizable model, I designed a 20x20 aluminum profile vertically connected to a 20x40 flat profile at a 45-degree angle. The attached tabs fit into the slots on the horizontal profile. Parameters include attachAngle, insert depth, tab inclusion, and hole presence, as well as printer tolerance. The OpenSCAD model allows for further modification. I measured the STL in Sketchup alongside calibrated aluminum profiles to confirm a perfect fit. Gineer R&D provides this design.
