Square tiles with hexagonal holes and an empty bottom! A multitude of uses awaits! Employ as a soap dish, or a coaster for the coffee table, or assemble a few together (set "linkable" to true) to create a larger mat. The hollow bottom allows small items (i.e. kitty litter, water, air) to pass through holes and accumulate underneath, while keeping larger objects (i.e. cats, bars of soap, beverage containers) from falling through. You can adjust the size to fit your gutters and keep unwanted items out while allowing rainwater to flow through. No matter what kinds of items you have, you're sure to discover a way to utilize these tiles to improve how they behave and interact. My initial intention was to create a modular cat litter control mat, placed in front of the cat's litter box. The concept was inspired by an overpriced (in my opinion) commercial kitty litter mat featuring hexagonal holes in the top layer and a second layer to catch the litter. I don't want to spend $30 on a litter mat, so I decided to design something that functions similarly. Since the printer isn't large enough to create a 24x36 inch mat, I opted for tiles instead. Hopefully, the litter will fall through and then the tiles can be occasionally lifted for vacuuming. Parameters: Size: Overall height and width (tiles are square, height and width are always equal) Height: Overall height of the tile Thick: Thickness of the top deck of the tile CornerRadius: radius of the corners, use 0 for square corners Linkable: if true (or 1), holes are added along the edges to allow linking tiles together. (Link pieces have yet to be designed, but that should only take a few minutes once I get around to it)
