The belt tensioner features a single sizing parameter - the belt's width, denoted by "size". All other dimensions are determined based on this value. There is no need to add an extra allowance as it internally accounts for the nominal size. For standard 25mm belts, export the STL file. To achieve optimal rounded and tapered edges, print at a low layer height.
