Angle supplemented. - 2022-02-22 XXL Klemmung hinzugefügt, Winkel verlängert, Infill / added XXL clamp, enlarged angle, infill. - 2022-02-23 Ich denke das bleibt jetzt so. / I guess it's final now. ---- Das ist der einzige zur Zeit verfügbare und sinnvoll einsetzbare Parallelanschlag für die Mafell Erika, der der aktuellen Sicherheitsnorm entspricht und ohne größeren Umbau genutzt werden kann. Er bietet eine doppelte Klemmung mit Schnellspanner und optional einen zurückziehbaren Winkel für kleine Teile. Alle Teile sollten in der auf den Screenshots gezeigten Orientierung gedruckt werden um eine geschmeidige Funktion zu gewährleisten. Wenn es der Drucker hergibt, empfehle ich die XXL-Variante der Klemmung-vorne. Die Klemmung-vorne und Klemmung-hinten werden am besten mit 50% Infill gedruckt. Zusätlich benötigt wird: - 1070 mm 30 x 60 Aluprofil I-Typ Nut 6. Leichte Variante mit hohlen Ecken. - 15 x 3 mm Bandstahl, gesägt und gebohrt entsprechend Zeichnung - Gewindestange M6, gesägt entsprechend Zeichnung - 6x Zylinderkopfschraube M5 x 16 Innensechskant - 6x Unterlegscheibe M5 - 6x Nutensteine 6 mm M5 - 8x Mutter M6 - 8x Flachkopfschraube mit kleinem Kopf (DIN 920) M4 x 10. Alternativ Pressdübel ausdrucken (Anchor) Von den Shims werden so viele übereinander gelegt, so dass sich die hintere Klemmung als auch der Verlängerungsblock frei aber nicht zu locker auf das Profil schieben lassen. Der Verlängerungsblock wird benötigt, wenn der Anschlag ohne Tischerweiterung genutzt wird. In die Mitte des Profils werden drei Zentrierungen gedrückt um die Gewindestange in Position zu halten. Diese müssen eventuell mittels Feile oder Schaumklebeband auf das Profil angepasst werden. Das Profil wird mittels M5 Schrauben und Nutensteine auf die vordere Klemmung geschraubt. Da Alu auf Kunststoff rutscht, sollte man den Shim eventuell durch ein Stück gefaltetes Schleifpapier ersetzen. !!!ACHTUNG!!! Die Erika ist eine Unterflurzugsäge. Damit sich Werkstücke nicht verklemmen, ist das Sägeblatt leicht nach rechts gedreht. Dies führt jedoch zum verklemmen zwischen Sägeblatt und dem Parallelanschlag auf der rechten Seite. Um dies zu kompensieren und um ein Verklemmen zu verhindern, muss der Parallelanschlag so ausgerichtet werden, dass er nach hinten 1.5 mm öffnet! Für den Rückziehbaren Winkel: - 2x Siebdruckplatte 15 mm 600 x 29,5 - Umleimer - 1x Hammermutter 6mm M5 - Exzenterhebel M5 x 20 - 8 x Holzschraube Senkkopf 3 x 16 Die Siebdruckplatten werden entsprechend der Bilder zusammengeleimt und gebohrt. Von den Nutklemmen werden vier benötigt. Die Hammermuttern werden auf die Exzenterhebel geschraubt und mit dem Kunststoffteil gekontert. Der Anschlag wurde für die Erika 85 entwickelt. Für die Erika 70 müssen Aluprofil und die Gewindestange um 97 mm gekürzt werden. Auch wenn der Anschlag grundsätzlich ohne Tischerweiterung genutzt wird kann er um 54 mm gekürzt und dann ohne Verlängerungsblock genutzt werden. --------- This is the only rip fence currently available for the Mafell Erika that can be used sensibly and complies with the current safety standard and which doesn't need bigger constructions. To prevent workpieces from jamming, the saw blade is turned slightly to the right. However, this causes jamming between the saw blade and the rip fence on the right side. To compensate for this and to prevent jamming, the rip fence must be aligned so that it opens 1.5 mm to the rear! For the retractable angle: - 2x screen printing plate 15 mm 600 x 29.5 - Liner - 1x hammer nut 6mm M5 - Eccentric lever M5 x 20 - 8 x Wood screw countersunk head 3 x 16 The screen printing plates are glued together and drilled according to the pictures. Four of the groove clamps are needed. The hammer nuts are screwed onto the eccentric levers and locked with the plastic part. The fence was developed for the Erika 85. For the Erika 70, the aluminium profile and the threaded rod must be shortened by 97 mm. Also when the stop is always used without table extension, it can be shortened by 54 mm and then used without extension block.
