Here we go. I sought out a superior parallel stop for my brand-new Bosch POF 1400 router. Actually, I found one, but it was quite pricey, so I crafted my own. You can fine-tune the distance between the router and the actual parallel stop with a screw that's mounted/fixed within the main body on one side, while the other fixed point is a nut in the movable part. The rods (I used stainless steel components) are loose in the main body but fixed in the movable part. I assume the system itself is straightforward to grasp. I assembled everything using stainless steel screws and mentioned rods as well. Rod diameter is 8mm, and the setting screw is M8x100. The printed parts are made from ABS material at a print speed of 50 mm/s.
