Parallax (Futaba) Servo Horn Mounts

The Parallax Standard Servo or Continuous Servo is a must-have component for this project. The servo can be attached to either the Parallax Standard Servo (900-00005) or the Continuous Servo (900-00008), which is equivalent to a Futaba S148 with a 4-arm horn. Connecting 3D printed parts to servos can be tricky, but two custom-made parts make it easier. These parts sandwich the servo horn together and transform it into a pulley as well as an axle for a square shaft (1/8"x1/8"). One part is screwed onto the bottom of the horn, while the other part is secured to the first one with four #4 screws and nuts. It's essential to customize these parts according to your specific needs, such as adding gear teeth. To do this, you'll need to adjust the design to fit your unique requirements.
