Paragliding Reserve Packing Board

Paragliding Reserve Packing Board

I needed a packing board for my reserve - so I drew one. It fits the build plate of a Prusa i3 MK4 exactlyThings to consider:This is much lighter than a wooden board. You can use an anti-slip mat or a weight to reduce the board from moving around. Or have a friend help you with the re-pack. (Just worth a mention cause people with paragliders AND 3D printers are probably nerds with limited social contacts :-D )  I used 10% adaptive cubic for the infill of the board and  standard settings (0.2mm structural) for the pins Use a knife / deburring tool to make sure the edges of the cutouts are clean and the pins don't get stuck The pins should be oriented sideways for printing. That's why the design is a D-Shaped profile for better adhesion & stability. You don't want them to break off when inserted into the board. You'll probably need 13 pins and 1-2 spares
