Update2021/05/07: A critical error was identified due to the outdated fbx version, resulting in distorted fish models when imported into Unity, but this issue has since been resolved. Credit goes to our team member Peggy for her prompt attention to this matter. Characterized by its royal blue body, bright yellow tail, and distinctive black markings. In the west-central Indian Ocean, this species has a predominantly yellow lower body. Reaching lengths of up to 30 cm, adults typically weigh around 600 grams, with males generally larger than females. This flat-bodied fish resembles a pancake, featuring a circular shape, a pointed snout-like nose, and small scales. The blue tang boasts nine dorsal spines, 26-28 soft rays on its dorsal fin, three anal spines, and 24-26 soft rays on its anal fin.
