Paperweight

Inpired from a Philippe Starck sketch which i saw many years ago. (Maybe in a book) Honestly made it as a useless "paperweight" but looks a bit naughty ofcourse. I just wonder could this be built with a weight inside so that it is quite hollow and light, trying to point upwards by itself. Update: Yaah, tested.
