The left side of the holder can be moved to change the roll. I designed the sliding mechanism to be very tight so you probably have to grind it down a bit. That way you can make sure that it has the right amount of it resistance and won't move unintentionally. I created two versions of the holder, one for screwing and one for glueing it to the underside of your cupboard. If you choose to screw it, you need to use screws with heads small enough that they don't stick out. Please check that the inner diameter of your roll isn't smaller than 37.5 mm, otherwise it won't fit. The paper rolls here in Germany are all standardized to a diameter of 40 mm and those fit very good but I don't know about anywhere else.
