Paper towel holder with threaded rod for more stabilty

I modified the original paper towel holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1526585) for my motorhome, but always encountered the issue that the roll would unroll by itself or fall off completely. I installed a M8 threaded rod through the two round openings and designed two adapters ("Endstücke.stl") to secure it. On one end, I screwed on a M8 nut and attached an adapter, which I then locked with another nut for added stability. For aesthetic reasons, I placed an end cap over this nut. On the other side, I placed an end cap on the threaded rod and pressed a nut into its provided opening within the star grip. The star grip allows me to pull the entire holder together, setting the required force for unrolling the roll. However, the roll can still be easily replaced. We have tested this construction for many months on bad gravel roads, and it performed wonderfully.
