Paper Towel Dispenser v2

Revamped product design includes redesigned parts for plastic molding, with the tank blow-molded and other components injection-molded. The draft angle of all parts is 2.5 degrees, featuring ribs and bosses for enhanced durability. The operation involves pressing down on a tank to activate the pump, which forces fluid into a sponge cup; then pulling the paper towel allows the saturated sponge to transfer liquid to the towel. A sponge cup acts as a reservoir and excess liquid retainer. To refill, simply lift the tank and turn it over for access to the cap and pump. Replacement sponges can be inserted by removing the tank and pulling up on the spindle center. The adjustable support tube accommodates various paper towel sizes. Potential users include painters, mechanics, tattoo artists, and teachers. Tanks resemble upside-down spray bottles for easy replacement purchases at local markets or online. Three color schemes are available: white with clear tanks, black with smoky gray tanks, and off-white with green tanks. A leaf-inspired emblem tops each tank. The rib support beneath the base plate needs reworking, and a flow analysis is pending at the pump. The assembly design remains undecided between snap fit or screw together; either option can be adapted. View the 3D model for better visualization. Thank you for your attention.
