Paper Piranha Boss

Paper Piranha Boss

thingiverse

This is my Lava Piranha boss, inspired from Paper Mario 64. There is the main head piece, and 2 "buds" pieces, along with the "vines" stems and spikes. The ground prints with holes for the vines to sit into, aswell as an optional top layer that you can print to add a "lava" pool. The main stem for the head prints standing up, as it looks nicer in vertical printing, but the 2 bulbs stems print facing down, split. Everything has connecting squares to help in gluing everything together. The spikes all print with a slight split-angle in them. This allows no supports being needed for the vast amount of spikes, and still keeping the curved surface to fit onto the rounded stems. Both the bulbs and the main head have "whitespots" that print separately, so you can color the heads. The main head has "redspots" because otherwise the white spots inserts would stick out and filament would be printing in mid-air, so I also split the red inner spots too. The mouth and tongue print split too. Everything here prints with no supports needed.
