This is a paper pack hole maker. I use it when drinking tea from a paper cup that I purchased at a convenience store. The reason for this is that the tea remains contained even if the paper cup is torn. To utilize this product, I recommend using the BC-400P, which can be found on the NTCutter website. Alternatively, you may want to consider using threads.scad, a program available through dkprojects.net.
