I designed the base, not the minis. I stumbled upon these awesome paper minis. https://sksutter.tumblr.com/ But I couldn't find bases I liked. I make my paper minis by printing them on normal printer paper. Then gluing them to index cards. Them folding the index card over and gluing it shut.
