Design created in FreeCAD with precision and care. Constructed from three distinct sections: Left, Middle, Right. Printed multiple Middle sections as needed, totaling five units each equipped with alignment features that ensure seamless integration. The tongue and groove design facilitates effortless assembly. During printing, the Left section experienced warping issues due to loss of adhesion on the print bed. To mitigate this problem, a 5mm brim was applied to all subsequent prints for added stability and support. Printing each section on my Prusa i3 MK3 required approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes.
