Pile papers into small stacks and secure them tightly with a binder clip. Ensure each stack contains only a single sheet on top of the next. This makes it easier to carry the clipped bundle without damaging the individual sheets. A common trick is to fan out the sheets before clipping, so they do not get crushed under each other's weight. Once you have finished using the papers, carefully disassemble the clip to free them for future use.
