This is a sturdy paper box holder, handy around if you print on bare mirror/glass, or on any surface that demands cleaning. Update 1: Low poly variants have been added to the collection with "_LP" in their names. To use this holder effectively, stick to simple paper free from perfume or anything that might hinder film adhesion. The recycled paper is perfectly fine; I personally swear by the brand available at Lidl. Cleaning the glass surface is a straightforward process. Start by spraying rubbing alcohol onto the glass, then wipe it with paper while the surface remains slightly damp. Follow up with another wipe when the glass has dried completely. You'll know you've reached the bare glass without any oil residue when you hear the sound of squeaks. To avoid touching the glass with your bare fingers, exercise caution. Printing this holder is a breeze. Use a bed temperature of 60° and a first layer temperature of 215° for PLA or 235° for PETG. Once the glass has cooled completely, removing prints becomes effortless. If you're in a hurry, wait until you hear the initial noises made by plastic as it cools (around 45°). At this point, spray some rubbing alcohol around the prints, allowing it to evaporate and speed up cooling through capillary action. This will make print removal much quicker. This is a substantial print, requiring a nozzle diameter of 0.4 mm, a layer height of 0.32, and a total printing time of 14 hours when using PLA.
