Discover an excellent method for printing a Mendel without raft by visiting http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13036. For personal use only; commercial usage requires permission. Please watch this video tutorial at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yx8Q8BmuEbM for detailed instructions. To print, set dimensions to 235 mm x 84 mm, but adjustments to 234 or 234.5mm are acceptable. Glue length should be at least 10mm, with 15mm or 20mm being ideal. Use silicone glue, ensuring it's not applied over the paper surface. Your print is standardized at 246 mm for ABPv1.0, but a hacked ABP features dimensions of 235mm due to motor and wood shape adjustments. Allow 24 hours for perfect glue attachment before use, and note that laser printers are unnecessary.
