This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, and the 3ds Max scene is rendered in 3ds Max 2016 using Vray 3.00. Developed in the 1930s by Nazi Germany, the Panzer III tank featured two primary designs: a light tank and a medium tank. The light and medium tanks saw extensive use during World War II as main armoured fighting vehicles and served alongside infantry support tanks like the Panzer IV. However, due to advancing enemy forces and rapidly changing warfare strategies, the Panzer III soon became outdated in this role, replaced by up-gunned versions of the Panzer IV. Nonetheless, a limited number of Panzer III tanks continued serving in supporting infantry capacities until late in the conflict.
