This project entails a 3-meter pole with two mounting bases, one fixed to the ground and another on the pole, offering leveling and plumb adjustment. Attached atop is a square arm (80mm x 80mm x 1010mm) that supports an adjustable height rod (1200mm). The rod end houses a stress-reaction system for 100Nm torque, accompanied by a stand allowing 360-degree parallel and perpendicular movement. Installed at John Deere's Montenegro, RS engine assembly line, this Bosch Rexroth ESA100S pantograph arm provides flexibility in screwdriver positioning for secure fastening.
