Panther Autogyro Delta Plate drill jig

This is a simple drill jig to make it easy to produce an accurate delta plate for the Panther Autogyro. The guide holes (With the exception of the center hole) are around 2mm so you can start small and open out to the correct size slowly. Start with a center hole. Then leave the drill shank through the jig and the fiberglass sheet. Next drill a 2mm hole through one hole. Put that drill, shank first through both the jig and the fiberglass. Then on the next hole, start with 2mm and drill up to final size. You guessed it, leave the drill shank in and rotate to the next hole.. you get the idea. When the holes are complete.. with the drills still in to keep alignment, just run around the outside if the jig with a vibrating multi tool to cut the fiberglass. Easy!
