Panoramic Head / Pan-Tilt camera mount (heavy-duty) for panorama and stitch images

I specialize in taking panoramic shots and photo stitching, which requires capturing source images without missing any spots or having too little overlap for Photoshop's photo stitching feature to work effectively. I also want to take mosaic shots in less-than-ideal lighting conditions where a camera mount is necessary. So, I designed and built one from stock components and 3D-printed parts, costing around $75, including motors and all electronics. The cost doesn't include the camera mount itself, which you should already have; if not, get one on eBay for $15. The pan-tilt mechanism attaches to the mount, so select a mount that can handle your camera's size and weight plus the pan-tilt add-on. I used a mount with a 20mm "neck," but if yours is different, only the clamps' center cutout needs to be changed. This project involves electronics and motor tinkering, so I included extra information at https://pantiltcameramount.com/. This is an ongoing work-in-progress, so feel free to leave comments.
