Motorized panoramic/timelapse head. See the attached PDF file for more information about the components used. For the code used on the Arduino controller, visit: https://github.com/Hanskes/panobot/ A short timelapse movie made with it can be seen here: https://youtu.be/Bg7A5FJoUw0 For more information about projects created with this system (in English), visit http://www.hanshermans.nl The Panobot is built around a Sony a6300 camera but will fit most system cameras. The nodal point is adaptable. I designed this using a 3D CAD software called Bricscad, which has a free program to customize parts. Visit https://www.bricsys.com/en-intl/shape/ for more information. EDIT 17-02-2019: A Linux bash script has been added for automated processing of images taken by the Panobot into 360-degree panoramic images. Additionally, new firmware has been uploaded for the Panobot, which takes four photos per panorama instead of five. The Samyang 8mm F2.8 UMC Fisheye lens used is found to be sufficient with this setting. The bash script is optimized for the new Arduino firmware and can also be used on Windows via the Bash shell for Windows 10.
