I purchased a fantastic value pannier from Amazon, but it kept falling off my bike. I created these clips to ensure the pannier stays securely attached. Each clip consists of two parts and is used in pairs. The two sections of the clip are secured around the bar of the pannier rack using a cable tie in the groove. After attaching the pannier to the bike, these clips are slid along, over the pannier clips, so they cannot come loose from the rack. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IRJGVIK
