pannier adaptor for rear reflector/light

I'm installing a versatile mounting system on my bike, perfect for securing a rear reflector and a light attachment directly to the pannier cage at the back of my vehicle. The simple post design made it easy to implement, and I hope this setup will also benefit others who need a similar solution. Be aware that the screw holes are slightly undersized, so you may need to drill them out to get a secure fit.
