An adapter to transform any briefcase-style backpack into a versatile pannier bag. It is sewn as a series of buttons (it's highly recommended to reinforce the fabric where it will be sewn, before beginning), requiring approximately eight buttons per piece. A minimum of three pieces is necessary. This adapter is specifically designed for use with 12mm - 13mm diameter tubes.
