Panhard 178, 178P, & P204(L) for Dust 1947

The Panhard 178's 25mm SA 35 gun is sufficient for the anti-partisan duties it now finds itself deployed in, keeping any French citizens who support the Allied forces in check. For the elite Vichy forces that are regularly deployed into active combat however, it was found lacking and replaced with a leichte laser-kanone and renamed the Panzerspähwagen P204(L). Interestingly enough, the French forces that escaped the occupation and remain loyal to the Allied powers retained several hundred Panhards as well, and found similar shortcomings with the SA 35. The only Allied faction that uses Panhards in any numbers is the FFL, who are converting these armored cars to the 178P configuration, using a general purpose 120w Phaser.
