Panels for Checkmate 1500+ case
thingiverse
I designed some brackets for various accessories on the Checkmate 1500+ case specifically for my A500+ Vampire V2 accelerator, so I can access all storage and ports. The drive bay is a remix of Terry Carter's 5.25" Gotek bay; you'll need the mount plate from his page (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4253641) to make it work. I added a spot for a microSD extension, but be careful which one you buy as some can damage the SD slot on the Vampire - I used this one and it's been good for six months now (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06X3Y4BBB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Note that this one hasn't been tested yet. For the CF/IDE adapter, I made the mount to go in the lower front area and added the floppy power connector access since I'm using 40 pin IDE. The rear center panel is a remix of Kendrick Hughes' post (https://www.stlfinder.com/model/amiga-2000-vampire-microsd-lan-hdmi-backplate-DzEk1cTp/8326163/?fbclid=IwAR1Z2fGJANJCs_YQh-ap7ApFvJcpydSWO48J89QWDIAhOunSzuMt-qt4vtA); however, the mount holes on his version were wrong and didn't line up with my case's mount holes. This version holds HDMI and Ethernet panel mounts; I tried to get the miniUSB on there too, but there wasn't enough room - I used this Ethernet (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06Y4J9MZ4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and this HDMI (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MRGHNM9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). The Mini USB panel mount in the slot cover is for hooking up a USB blaster inside the case. Between these four, you should be able to do pretty much anything you need without opening the case again - SD, CF, Firmware upgrades, Ethernet, etc. Thanks to Stephen Jones for his awesome case, Terry Carter for his work on the Gotek mount+front panel, and Kendrick Hughes for this initial back panel design. I printed all these on my Prusa Mk3S with PETG at .1 layer heights.
