Panelolu mod with PCB by Pietruchass
thingiverse
The Panelolu features a panel incorporating an LCD, SD-card reader, encoder, power LED, reset button, and buzzer (compatible only with RAMPS). It works with Sanguinololu or RAMPS and has a built-in SD-card connector that accepts standard-sized cards, not just micro-SD. As for assembly, there are two options: with the card on the right or on top, each having a corresponding case version. Detailed instructions can be found in the attached PDF file, but note that no mounting parts are included yet; you may use stands from Thingiverse's item 28332. The schematic and board files were created using Eagle 6.3 Light. A recent update includes new assembly instructions with photos guiding proper connection to Sanguinololu, as well as updated case models. An earlier revision error in the RAMPS adapter has been fixed in rev.0.2 of the PCB; if you have rev.0.1, there are instructions for correction available. Additionally, MCP1702 stability issues with 100n capacitors have been addressed by changing them to 1u.
