Our garage door incident resulted in two broken hinges on our B&D Panelift model while the third was under immense pressure. To rectify this issue, I designed a replacement, which I printed in ABS at 25% fill to ensure its strength and durability. After replacing all three hinges, the door now functions flawlessly once again.
