#UPDATE# I upgraded the original design with a 2mm thicker cover since it didn't work for some users. The rim and standoffs are now 2mm longer. Case and Stand I created this custom case and stand specifically for my Fysetc Chinese PanelDue 7i clone, which has distinct features compared to the original model. To accommodate these differences, I designed a unique stand from scratch. The feet on this design can be screwed directly onto a wooden enclosure or an aluminum extrusion profile. This provides flexibility in terms of usage and installation options. Assembly The case attaches securely to the feet using four M6 nuts and bolts, which offers more than adequate strength thanks to my abundance of M6 fasteners. For attaching the cover to the case, I used four M3 bolts that thread directly into the case, ensuring a solid fit. Bill of Materials (BOM) To assemble this project, you'll need: - The custom case - The upgraded cover - Two feet - Four M6 bolts and nuts, at least 15mm long to ensure sufficient length - Four M3 bolts, specifically tapered Hex bolts, which measure 12mm in length for added stability - Four wood screws or similar fasteners, depending on your choice of material for attaching the feet.
