PanelDue 7i AliExpress Clone Case and Railcore Mount - F3D Editable

I acquired a clone of the PanelDue 7-inch display from Fysetc via AliExpress. Unluckily, this duplicate has a vertical separation between its mounting screws measuring 102mm instead of the standard 98mm, which prevents it from fitting into regular cases. As a result, I designed and manufactured my own custom case, along with a bracket that attaches to the 15x15mm extrusion on the Railcore II. The bracket connects to a 50mm square hole pattern on the back, making it compatible with existing mounting brackets for PanelDue cases available online. Four M3 x ~16mm screws secure the case together, while four M3 nuts are required for attaching the bracket. My custom bracket bolts onto the top extrusion of the Railcore II, tilting the display backward by 10 degrees to enhance accessibility. Two cable outlets on the back offer flexibility in routing wires, and ventilation holes ensure proper airflow. The SD card and USB port remain easily accessible directly from the front. The two controller buttons can be activated using a straightened paper clip or similar object. To add visual interest to my design, I incorporated a pattern on the front surface that is suitable for 2-color printing by switching filament colors a few layers into the print process. This pattern can be modified or removed in the Fusion 360 file.
