I went searching for a custom PanelDue 7 case and mount for my 2020 rail setup, but what I found just wasn't cutting it. So, I took matters into my own hands and designed my very own solution. There are two versions available - one for the older PanelDue model with its separate LCD screen, and another 7i version that includes a reset button area and speaker holes. Neither of these custom cases is designed to accommodate the use of the SD card slot on the PanelDue. However, the 7i version does require a bit of tweaking: you'll need to bend those 4 wire connector pins on the back of the circuit board in order to fit the case together properly without any issues. I was striving for a sleek and thin design, so I opted not to include a wire hole in the back. You'll need to drill one yourself when it's time to route your wires to your Duet system. On June 23rd of this year, I added an all-new Railcore II mount designed specifically for 1515 extrusion. This clever setup holds the PanelDue at a comfortable angle - perfect for use next to a Railcore on your workbench.
