PanelDue 4.3" Touchscreen Faux Carbon Fiber Case
thingiverse
I made my own 4.3" PanelDue Touchscreens because I wasn't entirely happy with the available options. The result is a compact case that looks great in person. However, the print settings can be tricky to get right, so feel free to skip it if you prefer. The case has a faux carbon fiber twill faceplate that's hard to capture on camera but looks amazing up close. To make this work, use the 10-wire SD connector ribbon unless you're comfortable hacking together a second slot for the 4-wire connector. To build your custom touchscreen case, print: * 1x Case walls * 1x Case back - choose from two options: one fits the stock control panel mount of an Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus, while the other has M3 holes in a 45mm cross pattern to fit the mounting arm of this case design * 1x Top plate - select from plain or faux carbon fiber; note that both are provided upside-down for best results * 2x M3 2mm spacers to mount the right-hand side of the touchscreen circuit board inside the case, plus four more if you're using the Anycubic Kossel case back * 2x M3 13.4 or 13.6mm spacers to stand off the left-hand side of the touchscreen circuit board Hardware needed: * 6x M3 nuts (or more depending on your mounting scheme) * 4x M3 x 24.6mm buttonhead screws for the outer corners * 2x M3 x 12mm buttonhead screws for the right-hand side of the touchscreen board * 4x M3 x 8mm screws for mounting the Anycubic version or your preferred setup
