Panel Retainer Clip Parametized
thingiverse
I designed these clips from scratch to ensure seamless printing on any printer without requiring complex calibration. Unlike manufactured center-pin panel clips, my designs can handle minor printer variances, resulting in consistently functional prints. I was able to print them effortlessly on my budget-friendly Chinese Prusa i3 clone with a 0.8mm volcano nozzle, saving valuable time and achieving professional results. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Clone Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Any (I used a 0.8mm volcano nozzle and 0.2 layer height) Infill: Any or none Notes: Some filament materials might be prone to cracking, especially brittle ones. I successfully printed with PET-G, but PET or ABS could also produce great results. If anyone achieves success with PLA, please share your experience so I can update this information accordingly.
