Panel Grips

My take on the Gripper (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2247663) Intended to be printed in any strong plastic, which you can choose for yourself. Include handles and a shim plate, with the shim plate featuring a hook inside to keep it securely in place. This allows the grip to be used on thinner material without any issues. This design utilizes standard M6x20mm stainless socket head bolts, requiring them to be TIGHT against the surface (also needing to be thread-tapped as the inner holes are 5.5mm by design). It's suggested that washers be placed between handles and grips - I didn't print it in because then the part wouldn't sit flat against the bed. The M6 bolts may not hold for heavier panels to be lifted, feel free to modify the part for M10 or even thread a rod straight through. For post-processing, you'll also need a self-adhesive rubber sheet or similar to provide friction grip. Specs: Width: 140mm including handles (each 10mm thick), grip itself is 120mm wide, inner surface 120mm tall. Max grip thickness: 50mm. Minimum grip thickness: 0mm with shim. Max weight: unknown (subject to your own material and printer).
