Panel fixture for assembly sockets ATX 6 pin (GPU) and 4 pin (CPU). Sockets (male) are available for example from extension cables. Depends of socket construction might be necessary to cut off some plastic edges for assembly. I have used them for my PSU adapter form ATX to BENCH. Panel thickness 3mm (for smaller ones need be applied some washers). For assembly: 3x M3 nuts and 3x screw M3 long 30mm.
