panel face plate for atx power supply
thingiverse
This face plate serves as a versatile hub for my ATX power supply. You can utilize it on its own to display meter readings and offer accessible output connections. For added functionality, consider integrating a compact Chinese amp meter into the face plate and employing paired RadioShack plugs for seamless connectivity. There's also provision for an LED indicator and a discreet on/off switch. The attached Blender file grants you full creative control over modifying this face plate design to suit your needs. While the provided file includes additional elements, it will eventually form part of a standalone ATX power supply project that I intend to document in its entirety. For now, focus on customizing the amp meter's placement, positioning it ideally above the 12-volt output for optimal readings. I plan to create accessible voltage readouts for the 5-volt and 3-volt outputs as well. Although this design bypasses utilization of the -12 volt circuit mainly intended for a 3D printing application, its overall adaptability allows users to tailor it according to their needs and devices.
