Panduit Network Wall Plate

I created this design for a job I worked on several months ago. We were tasked with replacing older-style Panduit wall plates, but we needed single-port versions that were no longer in production. To solve this problem, I reverse-engineered a two-port wall plate to determine its dimensions and then designed a custom single-port version based on those measurements. This design is challenging to print due to its unique geometry. To achieve a successful print, you'll need to orient the part on its side and add extensive supports both inside the plate and beneath it to prevent warping or cracking caused by large spans and overhangs. Printing from either end is not recommended, as the part may topple over during the printing process.
