Pandemic board game storage boxes
These storage boxes are modular and are designed to interlock into each other. One box is designed to house all the virus blocks of one color. The lids are clipped into place at the pivot point. At the front there is a locking feature that clicks the lid into place and keeps it shut when not in use. The finger cut out at the front makes it easier to open. Inside of the box there is a rounded edge for easy virus block removal at the front. The total width of the four boxes is just small enough to still fit in the original game box, there is still enough room in the Pandemic box for leftover cards, or the other stones used in the game. During the game the lids can be closed signalling the extinction of one virus type. The boxes can be separated so the active viruses can be arranged around the board however is preferred. The boxes can be printed without support. There is one bridge that the printer needs to make at the top of the interlocking dovetail The color change on the lids is optional. There is also a blank lid attached if the virus logos are not preferred or the boxes are used for a different game.
