Resized in Cura slicer based on scaling from rhythmicdevil's posting, big thanks to both OPs involved. Loved ittoK's design work, but I sleeve my cards for added protection, which of course increases their overall size. Using UltraPro Standard Gaming sleeves at 66x91mm proved the right choice. However, they also create storage requirements that exceed the space available in the box, meaning the lid won't sit flush anymore. To overcome this issue, one potential solution would be to bag the sleeved cards and store them separately from the holders until game time, thereby preventing deck disarray - a common problem associated with card sleeves.
