<p>This is an insert for the <a href="https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/192153/pandemic-reign-cthulhu"><strong>Pandemic: Reign of Cthulhu</strong></a> board game. Designed for sleeved cards, but work with unsleeved ones as well.
