Pandemic Legacy Se. 2 - No Spoilers - Box Organizer
thingiverse
I'm pretty pleased that I decided to print the Pandemic box inserts myself, as it allowed me to organize the Character cards and action cards in a much neater way. The printed pieces fit perfectly into place, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. There's plenty of space in the middle section for the little baggies of parts, which measures 78mm x 71.6mm, complete with a 1mm rounded edge if you want to create smaller boxes for the middle. As for what will be stored in boxes 1-8, that remains to be seen. To make things even easier, I've included .step files, and I've gone above and beyond by adding pre-filet versions of each piece with the chamfers and fillets removed – although it seems I'm not too skilled at spelling 'fillet'. The entire design was created using Onshape. When printing the inserts, I used 0.3mm layer thickness, two perimeters, and three-quarters bottom/top layers, with an infill of 15%. Unfortunately, something went awry with my printer on one of the right-hand boxes, but since it's a legacy game, I've opted to simply glue the defective piece back into place rather than reprinting it.
